TagastusedPrivate customers have the right to return the products within 14 days of their arrival, but please note already when ordering that we do not have the right to return and exchange free of charge. So if you want to return the product, you will have to pay the return costs, and if you want to exchange the product for another, you will have to pay the shipping costs in both directions. The right of return is also valid when picking up the products from the pick-up point. If you are unsure about the product's suitability, you should ask our customer service for advice before ordering, so that you can find the right product on the first try :).

The right of return applies to unused, salable products, with the exception of possible custom-made products and products made to order for the customer. If you want to return the product after commissioning, we will deduct 40% of the product's value from the refund. The product to be returned must be intact and contain all the parts that came with it. Fertilizers or other chemicals do not have the right of return after opening.

When you return the order, pack it carefully and attach the return form (pdf file) that can be printed here. Alternatively, you can write your contact information, order number and account number in IBAN format clearly on paper and attach it to the return. You do not need to state the reason for the return.

The product to be returned must be packed in a cardboard box - it must not be sent only in its own sales packaging, so that the packaging remains in good condition and the product is not damaged during transport. We also recommend contacting our customer service before returning. If you use the original shipping box or other previously used packaging for the return, please check that the original address cards, barcodes or Posti/Matkahuolto shelf codes are not visible, so that the package does not go astray. You can use our customer return codes for the return, in which case we will deduct the portion of the return costs from the refunded amount. We will process the refund within 14 days after the products you returned have arrived to us.

By default, we refund the price using the payment method used in the order. When you return the products to the pick-up point, we refund the price in cash or to a bank account. If you make a return at a post office, you only need our contract ID 657989 when returning.

Error in the product

If the product has a manufacturing defect or warranty issues, please always contact our customer service first. Every supplier and manufacturer has slightly different warranty policies, so it's worth clarifying the matter with us first. In the case of product defects, warranty cases and other complaints, attach pictures of the defect to your contact, so that the handling of the case becomes easier and faster and the pictures also serve as proof of the defect. Please note that breakages caused by your own actions are not covered by the warranty/defect liability. The warranty also does not cover wearing parts. You should also remember to maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly so that they remain functional for a long time.

The warranty does not apply to broken products if the cause of the defect is:
negligence of the customer
*accident, e.g. lightning damage
*neglect of use or care instructions
*improper handling or storage of goods (e.g. freezing/frost damage)
*wear due to normal use of the item

You can also bring the faulty product to the pick-up point, but in that case please contact us first so that we can order an intact replacement product in stock first.
